Currently we deliver throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland and Europe. You can find full details of our shipping rates on our delivery page.

We do have a free delivery option which differs depending on the shipping location.

UK Mainland

Spend over £150 (excluding VAT) for free delivery. This is a 1-2 working day service.

Northern Ireland

Spend over £250 (excluding VAT) for free delivery. This is a 2-3 working day service.

Republic of Ireland

Spend over £350 (excluding VAT) for free delivery. This is a 2-3 working day service.

Rest of Europe

We offer discounted delivery on European orders over €250 (excluding VAT). This is a 2-3 working day service.

We can offer same day delivery, pricing varies depending on the order size and delivery address. Please contact us for more information.

For UK Orders

If your order was placed before 12pm, you should expect to receive your order in the next 1-2 working days. For orders placed after 12pm you should expect to receive your order in the next 2-3 working days.

For NI Orders

If your order was placed before 12pm, you should expect to receive your order in the next 2-3 working days. For orders placed after 12pm you should expect to receive your order in the next 3-4 working days.

For Republic of Ireland Orders

For European Orders

All of our packaging is made from natural, renewable plant materials. Our most popular packaging materials include;

Sugarcane Bagasse - The natural waste fibres from the sugarcane plant. Used for our hot food takeaway packaging, plates and bowls.

PLA (Polylactic Acid) - The naturally occurring plant starch derived from crops such as corn which is processed into a bio-polymer material commonly known as PLA. Used to make our range of cold drinks cups, lids, straws, deli containers and salad containers. It is also used to make the internal lining in our coffee cups and soup containers.

CPLA / RCPLA - Made from the same material as PLA but with added heat resistance properties. Used to make our cutlery as well as coffee and soup cups lids. RCPLA is recycled CPLA - our plant starch cutlery is made from the recylcled off-cuts from the CPLA lids.

Sustainable Forest Source - We only use material originating from sustainably managed forests. Used in our paper and paperboard products such as coffee cups, Kraft takeaway cartons, bakery bags and sandwich wedges.

Recycled Paper - Our products made from recycled paper and pulp include paper carrier bags, coffee clutches and coffee cup carriers. They can also be recycled again or composted after use.
